Islamabad Session court ordered to register the trail against eleven people including the Prime Minister and the Chief Minister on the request of PTI and PAT. According to Pakistan Tehreek Insaf and Pakistan Awami Tehreek the session court judge Raja Jawad Abbas ordered the trail by the request of PAT and PTI workers killed on the night of 30th August.

After hearing the session court ordered to register a murder case against the Prime Minister Mian Mohammad Nawaz Sharif, Chief Minister Punjab Mian Mohammad Shahbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Chaudhry Nisar Ali Khan, Khawaja Saad Rafiq Railway Minister, IG Punjab Mushtaq Sukhera, former IG Islamabad Khalid Khattak, IG Railways eleven persons.
